Contracts Engineers and Administrators

We would like to hear from personnel with both pre-contract engineering and post contract administration experience. Knowledge of the full life cycle of contracting from prequalification of bidders, preparation and evaluation of tenders and drafting of contract documentation would be a particular advantage. Post contract administration experience including negotiation and agreement of variation orders and contract amendments would also be welcome.

Quantity Surveyors

We would like to hear from all levels within the QS profession from graduates through to seasoned professionals. Experience within various aspects of cost management in construction including measurement of quantities of all disciplines from drawings and design data, preparation of bills of quantities using computerised methods, estimating, quantification and costing of potential variations and change, checking and auditing reimbursable elements of contracts including monthly applications for payment.

Project Controls Personnel

Personnel with experience in cost engineering, estimating, planning and scheduling. We have ongoing requirements for all levels of personnel within the project controls disciplines for projects and clients in a variety of locations
